By now many of you have seen the new Oakley Thump Pro sunglasses. Yes, they’re ugly. No, I don’t care. And here’s why.
Most of the time you want sunglasses that accomplish 3 things:
- Make you look like a badass (synonyms: cool, fly, nonchalant, pimp, etc)
- Protect your eyes from the sun
- Make you look like a badass
But there are certain times where function is more important than form. Example: Exercising, or getting your athlete on.
These Oakley Thump Pro sunglasses rock if you want to listen to music and exercise outside at the same time. There’s no annoying wires and you don’t need one of those lame armbands with a big mp3 player hooked to it. All you have to do is use the USB cable they give you to upload your favorite workout songs. Personally, I fill mine with Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger” from Rocky III, but you can do what works for you.
